Assignment of Space:

Booths are assigned on the basis of a priority point system as follows: one point assigned for every booth purchased in the last three years (2007, 2008, 2009); one point assigned for each full page advertisement purchased in the ASHI Quarterly in 2009 and one to three points per 2009 sponsorship contribution level if applicable.

Priority Point Booth Assignment

To qualify for booth space assignment based on priority points a completed exhibit space contract and full payment must be received by June 25, 2010.   Booth space will be assigned to companies with points first in order of the highest to lowest accumulated points. 

First Come First Serve Booth Assignment

Completed exhibit space contracts received with full payment after June 25, 2010 will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.  The floor plan enclosed does not reflect the booth assignments for companies with advance priority placement. A revised floor plan detailing the location of those assignments will be available by June 28, 2010.

Every effort is made to satisfy exhibitor space requests, however we cannot guarantee you will be assigned to one of your requests. If preferences are not available, ASHI show management reserves the right to make space assignments. Exhibit management reserves the right to transfer assignments when such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the total exhibits.

Meeting Space Requests for Exhibitors/Supporters
Exhibitor/Supporter events are meetings/functions/presentations which are not planned or sponsored by ASHI. A fee of $1800 per room per day will be accessed by ASHI for all meeting rooms. Requests for meeting space should be made by submitting the request form with full payment of rental fees by August 17, 2010. Space will not be assigned until payment is received. ASHI is responsible for collecting room rental fees and assigning meeting space only. Exhibitors and/or meeting coordinators are not permitted to reserve meeting rooms for events directly with the hotel. All exhibitor/supporter events must be approved by ASHI. In order to request meeting space you must be an exhibitor at the ASHI 36th Annual Meeting. Approval will be based on afore mentioned criteria. Available space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The restricted and approved times for exhibitor/supporter events are outlined on the meeting space request form.
